Life Arc ("we", "us", "our") operates this mobile application (the "App"), a personal discipline and habit tracker. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you create an account we store your email address and any display name you provide. You can also add habit entries, check-ins, and optional community posts. This content is linked to your account so only you (and, for community posts, other users) can see it.
Habits, check-ins, and chat messages you send to the Arc Mind assistant are stored so the App can display your progress and continue conversations. Community posts you choose to share are visible to other users. Images uploaded to the community are scanned for safety before they are published.
We use your data to provide and improve the App's features — tracking your habits, showing your progress, powering the AI assistant, and keeping the community safe. We do not sell your personal information.
The App uses an AI language model to power the Arc Mind assistant and image-safety checks. Content you submit to those features may be processed by our AI provider to generate a response. Authentication may be handled by third-party providers (such as Google) when you choose to sign in that way.
Your habit and check-in data stays in your account for as long as you use the App. You can delete individual habits and posts at any time from within the App. To request full account deletion, contact us and we will remove your data.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Do not share sensitive information you would not want stored.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
